With over 20 partner universities in the Netherlands and Belgium, we provide free support for those who just want guidance, and premium services for those seeking full assistance. Unlike other consultants, we focus exclusively on the Netherlands and Belgium, making us faster, more experienced, and up-to-date.
What we can do for you
The first consultation is always free! Do you have doubts about which university or program to choose? We help you understand the system, compare options, and find the right path for you.
Personalized guidance. An individual meeting for those who want to explore their interests, receive targeted advice, and build a winning strategy.
Full application support. From preparing documents, reviewing motivation letters, to managing the procedure step by step: we take care of everything. Prefer to do it on your own but with support when needed? We also offer a basic service that includes tutorials, WhatsApp support, and checks from our team, free for students applying to our partner universities.
Official translations. We collaborate with certified translators to provide documents accepted by all Dutch and Belgian universities.
Tutoring & Test preparation. Need a boost in math, English, or logic? We connect you with expert tutors to pass entrance tests or fill any knowledge gaps.
Housing search. Finding accommodation in the Netherlands or Belgium can be challenging: we help you with tools, advice, and useful contacts. Important note: housing support is only available for students enrolled on time at partner universities and who contact us as early as possible. This is because we need to register them early on the right websites and waiting lists! So don’t wait!
Funding and scholarships. We explain how the “study finance” system works, loans, tax benefits, and scholarships available for European students.
Document and visa preparation. Even though EU students don’t need a visa, there are always documents to prepare: we help you do it correctly and on time.
